European Paganini Route towards CoE application

The application of the European Paganini Route (EPR) for the inclusion of the Paganini itinerary among those recognized by the Council of Europe will be submitted by 31 July. Of the 48 routes approved to date, only one is of a musical nature, the one linked to Mozart.

On 6 June, the first EPR meeting was held at Palazzo Tursi.
At the basis of the project is the realization that Paganini with his incredible musical tour that began in 1828 and ended in 1834 (eight countries visited with over 400 concerts) was truly a European artist who left his mark in hundreds of cities, large and small.
